Leupold Mark 4 1-3x14mm CQ/T
Other thoughts/suggestions of it it looks good as is, I'm open to it.

Welcome to the site.

Not too say I can't! =p
I helped my friend two weeks ago when it was 18 degrees and around a 20-30mph wind. Rode his 929 from the storage unit that he had to clear out to his apartment (10-15min ride). I knew it was cold when the clutch was frozen and slowly sliding back to place from all the way in! Best part was pulling into his apartment lot and finding a new fresh layer of snow and Ice to ride on downhill and slanted!
Artic Shield Gear 4 the win!!!

It was 24 degree's when I left for work, so no way I was going to deal with that! I'd also like to wait till most of the salt & sand is off the roads.

Its way to early for this already!

Lol, I was posting for him on what he told me. He said he would take "reasonable" offers on it also.

Reason for selling; Divorce and he won it at a bike night.
Asking $7500 OBO. (reasonable)

I just use a standard backpack I got at walmart for around $15. I also have a cargo net, but to me it doesn't leave enough space under it for anything worthwhile. That and they tend to scratch the black paint pretty well under a lot of use.

$258
I got a few parts from there. I got a Sportech Windscreen and UPS broke it 2x on delivery. They shipped them out until I got a good one no questions asked.

I was doing the dropped/lowered coverage with Progressive for 4 years. It was costing me around 600-800/yr even with doing this, and SF only wanted $586 for the full year coverage. I switched to SF because of that, I didn't have to call to change my coverage for a day if I wanted to go out, and it was a combo discount when I rolled my truck and house into it.

Bleh, I'm paid up until Septermber on the bike...but I know I am going to eat it with the claim from last August.

44 Hours is my record, but I did 41.5 hours last Thursday into Friday. I got up at 5:30am for work and then worked 7a to 3p. Killed some time and left for my cousins house about 5pm. Stayed up and we left around Midnight for Lake Cumberland to go striper fishing, getting there about 6:20am. Fished from 7a-1pm and then got some food. I drove us back from just a bit South of Lexington to Waverly and dropped everyone off. Drove back solo to Canal and got to bed around 11pm ish.

Nod, I got most of my new gear already...and I know several others have gotten new gear also. With the STT schedule out, we need to pick a date or post some vote/polls up on what people would like the most so we can plan ahead.

Bump for updated discussion!

I'm in for this, got approved for 2 days off from work

+1 too that. Thanks for going out Moose!
We hit 674 South from Canal to 188 East towards Lancaster. Got on the 33 bypass to Coonpath Rd for gas(for me). Then East to 158 North into Baltimore and 204 back to Pick-Town and home. Not sure how much rain we will get tonight/tomorrow but at least it might get the salt off the roads. There is still a fair amount of sand in the middle, so keep that in mind. Heres to hoping for tomorrow!
-
I was thinking of just going around Canal/Pick, maybe down 674 and back or something. Say 4ish? Meeting point to be determined, or we can do this tomorrow as we have more preplanning.
-
2nd that. I'm going to hold off at 1pm since its still cool. Will check back later when it warms up some. And look forward to tomorrow if the roads are dry.
-
+1 to that. I went to Lancaster to see a friend around 4 and 30-45min was cool.
-
So how long were you looking to be out and where? Its still a little cool outside.

I realize most of this is on back order, but that just means by the time it gets nice and warm out...most of it should be coming in.
We use the Eotechs at work, and are nice for anything close. The downside is when the batteries fail you lose the red dot and need the flip up(which I am getting). And when your going at about 100yds+ the dot is too big for any precision shooting. The CQT allows for 1-3x magnification for better distance while having good close shooting. The CQT also works with a black reticle if the batteries fail vs colored.+1 over EOtech. The Arms Inc CQT mount is also detectable to let the flip-up work in case of massive failure.
