  1. Simply producing and pointing a weapon is an act of aggression.
  2. This is whn you reach behind you pull your side arm out from your waist and aim and fire. That's a clear threat on your life. I would have at least put a few into his tires to make sure he got the picture. Fuck that if he wants to be hard ass he can do it with 460 grains of extra lead in his chest pull a gun on me I'm going to shoot you.
  3. Nothing against small guns, Hell I carried a walther P22 for a while, still love that little fucker. With almost no recoil the second shot is virtually instant, no reaiming required. a .22 may not be as messy as a larger caliber but I'll be damned if it's not gonna stop a run of the mill thug. Yeah someone hell bent on killing you will keep comming, but then again if they had that as their only goal I doubt you'd have a chance to get your side arm out anyways. I have just never heard a positive thing about Kal-tec. there was a woman in my CCW class that had one and it was a 50/50 guess if the thing would fire or not, the instructor had nothing good to say about them either. I have and LOVE my XD45 ACP, it's the tactical model, 4" barrel short grip, Honestly one of the nicest hand guns I've ever shot (not that I've shot every one ever made but I've had my hands on a few) the only thing I like better, and if I had an extra grand laying around I'd have one, is my old mans Kimber Ultra Carry II. THAT is 20lbs of punch in a 5lb bag. amazingly light and very well ballanced. Only complaint about it is it doesn't seem to like Hollow points, they have a tendancy to jam the gun, so he carrys std round nose ammo.
  4. Oh I thought it wounded good, It was a new one for sure it took me a glance or two. It was some Yahoo we ran into on the scavanger hunt on our way down to Dayton felt the need to pass us at WOT, so I bit, we slowed to about 60 and nailed it. wasn't ugly, but wasn't pretty either.
  5. she's cute, who's the lady in the blue? I kid I kid
  6. I'm not saying it wouldn't, but it sure seemed to run out of steam at that point, I was kinda disapointed since my bike is stock I love the old ones, and had allot of hope for the new ones, he had cans on it at least, some fancy carbon fibre ones, think V&H?
  7. Yeah I realize that, all that does is let the criminals know that their the only ones carrying in that store. If it was up to me you wouldn't be allowed in my store (if I had one, in theory) without a gun
  8. They appear to hit a wall around 145ish, and he couldn't keep up before then, but after that point it got really bad not too impressed for '200HP' considering I put down 153 later that same afternoon.
  9. hell I was planning on comming down anyways that weekend (well not really but it was kinda rolling around in my skull) so fuggit count me in!
  10. hence the word CRIMINAL but the idiots up on the hill don't seem to understand that.
  11. go for the M109, inverted forks, real brakes, all the good stuff not just for show. If I HAD to get a cruiser, that'd be it.
  12. lol How the hell did they decide to do it? Also... I was wondering if there was any reason this wouldn't work on a vehicle, say a jeep with larger tires... I wouldn't expect you to put ends on it, I have Packard connectors and all the tools to put ends on I could just make something up and splice in a new connection.
  13. oh my head. My eyes hurt reading that.
  14. same here, there was some Busher Evo i think it was from cleveland that came down that was built to the hilt that could run with the big boys but I'd hate to ask what he had in it. Lots of Akron Horse Power guys used to come down too, they mainly ran 'Stangs. I grew up at Quaker City Raceway, my old man still lives about 5 min from the track but this just came around and all the guys I ran around with went so I started going. the thing that got me was how tightly it was run. Safety was always first and I know it's never perfect on the street and not as safe as at the strip, but we made every effort.
  15. eh, not really around here. If you even wanted to think about coming out to the races bare min was 10.50's. high 9's was the norm and on the crazy nights you'd get the low 9, high 8 second cars out. As lame as this town is I've never seen a street racing scene like we used to have here and I've lived in Pittsburgh, Philly, and been to NYC when I lived there to watch them go. Some guys on bikes were racing and the guy on the right turned into the early turn around in front of the guy on the left, got t boned at about 100mph. that was that. Ended the racing from that second on. That was a mid afternoon race. had nothing to do with us, we ran that shit like a drag strip, no one stood in front of the cars, one way in and no traffic. Hell we even had a portable tree we set up
  16. Funny you should mention that, This kid Kevin has a GN engine in a Vega nothing serious, high 10's low 11's
  17. not pro but I did build my first 10 second small block at 15 and made my first pass down a drag strip at 14 in my old mans vette if you need some credentials Nope just met the guy for the first time a few weeks ago, Someone in Cleveland did my T/A the first time and after that I started doing it myself and your an arrogant idiot. The powerglide has been a staple of racing for decades. I'm not gonna argue with a Neanderthal over the internet. it's obvious that you build 5 and 6 second cars on a regular basis and I'm obviously out classed. Your so right, there is NO FUCKING WAY that car has ever seen the street. nothing more than dyno rollers, trailer floors and race tracks. forgive me. 9second+Mach1 Craigs Twin Turbo 9.90 Mach I that is street driven. He is co-owner of Street-Leathal Performance just across the boarder in PA, along with Terry another friend of mine that I've known for many years. That car has and had at the time the stock crank, forged rods and pistons, stock cams, stock heads, intake and computer. [edit] that was last year on the F1 S/C it's TT this year putting down over 160 more RWHP Just because you haven't built it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, I'll look for a vid of the 8.50 GN that rolls around here that is 1) street driven and 2) a V6, but thats even more impossible than a street driven 8 second car huh. I know the guy that owns it hes in the club but the site is down so I can't pull any vids, and quite frankly your such a duche I really don't feel the need to prove anything to you. Speaking of Hill billy power this should get your goat, theres an 8 second AMC Gremlin that rolls around with the Mach I guy, and some of the other locals that drives from akron, to Quaker and back. Running mid/high 8's. but I'm full of shit there too.
  18. That's so full of ignorance and arrogance I had a hard time fitting it all in those little quote tags Is it a STOCK powerglide, no. But it's a legit own trans, he's not running a Lenco or Jeherico or some fancy race trans. Do I think he drives it 20,000 miles a year no. But I know several 9.80 and 9.70 cars, two running TH400's one running a 'glide that drive their cars every weekend and several days during the week weather permitting. They also drive to the track and back, no trailer queens. With forced induction making big power is easy. But you knew that.
  19. Ya know powerglides came standard in quite a few cars, even vettes back in the day. They aren't a specially made racing trans. And hell if you've got enough power 2 gears is enough. I drive the bike around town in second and will use one gear for miles when it's stop and go.
  20. Hey guys and girls, a friend of mine is in a bind and needs a front rotor for an '07 GSXR 1000 ASAP if you can help get back to me via PM or Preferably at TrapperTrinkaus@gmail.com Thanks.
  21. Ain't you married? What's that make you I kid kid!
