Yeah I had grange try the same thing with my Beemer when the client pulled out in front of me and totaled it. I fought and won without a lawyer. Just stick to your guns man. I was a passenger in a 240Z that went under a pickup truck when he pulled out in front of us. The z broke in half right under our seats. We both ended up being ok but sore. I missed a day of work is all. Accidents happen, just gotta brush yourself off and hop back on.
