http://www.suzukicycles.org/GSX-R-series/GSX1300R-Hayabusa.shtml http://www.hyp4r.com/hayabusa/summary.htm <--- Best summary. Basically, the biggest change is the 32-bit ECU vs. the 16-bit in the '02 and older. Smoother fuel maps. The older older ones ('99-early '00 models) had a swingarm issue. '99-'02 had some starter issues. '03s had a new starter clutch to correct this - plus some other minor nitpicky things you can read about in the hyp4r.com link. I consider the '03 model the first model where they "fixed all the bugs" from the initial '99 release. After '03, from what I recall, the only change was amber plastic turn signal lamps to clear plastic lamps in '04 and up (plus the color scheme changes)
If you want a GEN1, I'd get an '03-up, but that's just me... there were a couple of (in)significant changes between '99-'02 & '03-up models. After 2003, they're all pretty much the same, except for cosmetics.
Good luck... BP is ingrained a lot more than just those green gas stations. You're hurting the owners of those stations more than the big corporate conglomerate anyway. I'm sure BP is hedged/diversified in their competitors and across other industries. So, unless you plan on researching everything BP is invested in and boycotting those too... you probably aren't going to do much fiscal damage. Though, your outrage has been noted.
I thought that VFR you got did everything!? Track Days Cruising distances Makes Coffee Controls the weather WTF is up with the 'wet roads and standing water'. Viffer, FTL.
No cartoons, but I did find someone modeling your favorite Tshirt. ***That was a bad pic mang**** I'm glad you took time out from sheltering your kids to come and have, what used to be, a moderate debate with us.
