I'd love to setup a bike "co-op" business arrangement that would let participants ride other guys bikes and give you access to a fleet of bikes beyond the one you own, but to make the business model work in this environment, you basically need a large deposit which puts the whole idea out of reach for a lot of the target market. That and the location here (in NEO) sucks. I applaud the idea and hope they can make it work, location is everything for them.
