I have a 4.5 gallon tank light will flash with (per manual) 1 gallon left. Light will stay on when it hits 1/2 gallon. I have had the light flash and go 60 miles and not stay on. I stop fill up and pump says I put in 3.29 gallons. So I have no clue. Wish I had a fuel gauge instead.
