    what to do...

I'm kinda in the same boat w/ my TA. Bought it from a private seller. The tranny is messed up almost exactly like yours, with just over 60K on the car as well. I noticed the problem on the drive home from Tenn. I'm looking at it as an opportunity to upgrade the trans internals. Check out T56rebuilds.com. You can buy the upgraded parts and have someone rebuild the trans with those parts. If you plan on modding the car, it would be a wise thing to do, imo.
  2. pics to osusully@columbus.rr.com please. thanks.
  3. I heard about this today. I've never been a big fan, but there were a couple songs that I liked. No more. How disrespectful!!! I hope they never come back to Ohio. They are not welcome here as far as I'm concerned. As I am typing this, a RHCP song began playing on the radio station that I'm streaming. Speakers are off!!! Fuckers!!!
  4. I could watch this all day long!! http://www.mililanibuckeye.net/clips/2006/2006_iowa_smith_to_gonzo_td_02.mpg
  5. Just got done listening to mandatory metallica on the interweb. RIP Cliff.
  6. It wouldn't hurt to apply for this position with VZB. I was hired in with very little knowledge in this field and all I had was A+ and MCP certs. Of course, that was 7 years ago and a lot has changed with this company since then. But, like I said, it never hurts to apply.
  7. It might be the heating element that went bad. I know it sounds weird, but I had that happen to my fridge earlier this year. It's very easy to check this part. It's in the freezer side. You have to remove most if not all of the shelves and remove the panel in the back of the freezer. The heating element is probably toward the bottom held in by a couple screws. Not sure what brand yours is or if it makes a difference, but I have a GE fridge that's about 4 years old. The heating element was approximately $25, don't remember exactly, but it wasn't very expensive. I got it from Dayco Appliance Parts at 71 and Weber. Hope this helps.
  8. 2nd dibs, if he ends up not getting it for whatever reason.
  9. This is what makes college football great. Go Bucks!!!
  10. I always said that I would never get one that went below the elbow. This is how addicting they are, and I'm only about 1/2 done with this one... http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/9169/tattootq8.th.jpg
  11. +1 Hopefully he's been practicing....A LOT
  12. Looking for a working tv that is between 13" and 20". Doesn't have to be anything super fancy. It needs to have a coax connection that I can use without an external tuner, and needs to have a remote. I would like to get it before Saturday. Let me know what you have and for how much. Thanks, Sully
  13. Was this used as a saltwater tank or not?
  14. +1 I'm undecided on the whole kid thing. Just don't know if it's right for me. It gets on my every last nerve when the next door neighbor's dog is outside barking. I think a crying baby would be more annoying. Plus, with having a slight case of OCB, toys scattered all over the floor would piss me off. LoL Anyway, kids look good Shawn. I'm glad they are doing well.
  15. I don't know much about these types of campers, so forgive my ignorance.... Does it have any type of bathroom or shower thing? Common sense would tell me it doesn't, but I could be wrong.
  16. I contstantly see people giving away stuff because it's taking up space and they want it gone or whatever. So I was just putting it out there to let people know that if they have any motocycle parts that they want gone, I would take them. The parts can even be damaged. We just want some items that we can use to practice repairing, painting, etc.
  17. He put drywall up, chief.
  18. A helmet won't keep your neck from snapping, leg from breaking, back from twisting, etc....
  19. That would be fun as hell. I've heard those things are being banned all over the place because people are getting hurt pretty bad, mainly due to the lack of knowledge on how to use/control them.
