Lol, yeah. In a funny twist, that competing idea was called ISIS

Do we forget that we are the government? We want to control the internet, we don't want the ISPs controlling the internet.

Right...we'll just go on to the other ISP if one starts blocking certain sites How many choices do you have where you live? 1? 2? 3? Certain things need regulated, get over it.
  4. Hmmm...mine was solid. After I upgraded the transfer case to a 25 spline version, it never gave me any issues. I think I had to replace an oxygen sensor and that was about it. Oh, and the driveshaft carrier bearings. It was just fun to drive, I liked the looks of it and it had pretty good power, I had stock WRX turbos on it...forget what they were called. I was never afraid to drive it hard. I don't know how many launches I did in that thing
  5. My 1993 3000GT VR4. What's worse is that I don't even have any good photos left of it. I remember in one of the old Slowmotion Motorsports dyno day videos there was a shot someone took of me driving behind them in their sidemirror. Sold it to buy my B5 S4 and I love that car even more, which is why I still have it over 10 years later.
  6. We had the same issue with prices being high to Paris a couple days in advance. We ended up taking a Megabus which was pretty cool. From London to Paris it drives up on the ferry, and then on the return it drove inside the train that goes under the channel...pretty wild. I must say, that yeah it was nice seeing Paris (the Palace of Versailles is nuts!), but London is one of, if not my favorite city in the world (maybe tied with Cape Town). There is so much to do and see there. Get an oyster card. You can get it there but supposedly you can get better deals if you buy it ahead of time. https://tfl.gov.uk/travel-information/visiting-london/visitor-oyster-card
  7. Normal touristy stuff +1 Delicious food +1 Check out the countryside +1 We rented a car and drove to Stonehenge and back, I enjoyed that. Also spent some time in Kent. Canterbury is a cool place and the cathedral is pretty amazing. It's not far from Dover, which has Dover Castle and it's also where you can take a train/ferry over to France.
  8. That's where I worked with them

  10. I use Chase and Coinbase, no problem.
  11. 2013 is the facelift, so that's a big plus. Probably one of the best looking cars ever made IMO, I like it better than the new body style. Like others have said, it's not the fastest thing out there, but it's going to look and sound fantastic. I went from an A4 6-speed to an A5 8-speed auto as a DD, you would never guess how big of a difference there is between the 2 when it comes to how the car drives and handles. I was surprised by it, considering they're both on the same platform. The A5 is much more planted.
  12. I mined some about 5 years ago that was worth about $3. Today they are worth $38...win?
  13. What's the best thing about drinking at a Las Vegas country concert? The shots are free!
  14. I use Google Photos, it has an awesome app. The search feature is pretty advanced. Not exactly sure about 3rd party linking, but the sharing features are pretty good, you have full control over who is able to see your linked photos. It also links with Google Drive which can be useful.
  15. What about a 2017 Tiguan? 2.0T, 4motion. 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. Not sure what you consider decent acceleration in the small-suv class. Like this one for example: 10 miles on it, $23K

  17. Yup, and if you've seen the movie The Ghost and the Darkness, they have the actual lions there (taxidermied of course)
  18. Another vote for the boat tour. I also enjoyed the Field Museum, which is right next to the aquarium and Soldier Field.
  19. I took this photo when I was traveling through South Africa last year. We stayed overnight at this hotel in this tiny ass farming town and spotted this. I wanted to take a better photo in the morning but they were gone. There's a bunch more shit behind the tractor too which the photo doesn't really show very well. It's not even an allroad, probably diesel though cause that's what 90% of people have there. Also this: http://www.oceanlakemarine.com/img/pagePics/Trailer_SC30_AUDI_2006.jpg
  20. Audi allroad with the stock US hitch will tow 3300lbs. Throw a Euro hitch on there and it ups it to 5000lbs. I believe that goes for both the 2.7TT or the V8 version.
  21. I don't know man, I had an X5 loaner one time and I was pretty excited about it...until I drove it. Didn't like anything about it, I can't think of a time where I've enjoyed driving a car any less than that time.
  22. We need the media to bring these issue to the forefront or else it will never get investigated.
  23. We need to do an alt+ctrl+del on this whole thing. Kasich 2020
