Huh? What close call? We didn't have any that I was aware of. HD riders do suck all sorts of dick though, can't understand their mentality. They like to ride like they're in a parade, I guess. Ignorant fuckers to say the least. Oh yeah, one more thing, Garrett's ass smells and Zack now loves titty bars.

Or Dairy Queen for that matter..........
  4. That you even know that fact places you nearer to Dork-dom than you realize.
  5. I guess if you wanna look like a complete dork, it'd do the job. Do you get a light saber with it?
  6. Cool guys - thanks! Make check payable to the following FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF C-TROOP 2-107 CAV And mail to NANCY STEMAN-FEDERLE 2908 BOHLEN DRIVE HILLIARD, OHIO 43026 on memo line of check, write "www.OhioRiders.Com" And then email me at EaracheMS@Gmail.com with the amount of contribution. Kind of a pain in the ass to do it this way, but it's all we got. Thanks very much!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. I need some help with some donations and thought the OR members might like to participate. As you may or may not know, Army Calvary members get a set of gold spurs with their name engraved on them after having served in combat. The Army doesn't provide these, usually the family members do ro they seek donations. And that's what I'm doing here. The Ohio National Guard unit in Iraq ( C Troop 2 -107 Cav) needs 135 sets of spurs at $25 each = $3,375 total. If you think you'd like to help with a $25 donation, please email me at EaracheMS@Gmail.com. I'll get a thank you note for you from the troop as well as some pics of the guys getting their spurs. THANK YOU!!!!! Eric
  8. It is going to be printed, not diecut. If I need anythign else done to it, I'll holla. Thanks to all that responded - I think I'm all set. Eric
  9. Thanks guys - sent it to Brian to see if he could do it, if not, I'll try Lyndse. I have a logo that I need some stickers made from and the sticker guy has to have the file as EPS or AI to do the job for me.
  10. I have a jpeg file that I need converted to an AI (Adobe Illustrator) file or to an EPS file. Anyone on here able to do that for me? If so, gimme your email address and I'll send the jpeg file to you. Thanks! Eric
  11. So there's gonna just be 8 of us in two rooms, right? Sounds like a small enough group afterall - should be fun!

  14. I'm too old to be out on a Friday night. Saving my strength so I can put an ass whoopin' on you young'uns at Deal's Gap next week.
  15. I never tried to get a rate that low on a weekend, they probably won't do it. Plus, I think I can only get one room at that price. It's not all that nice of a place either, but I can suck it up for a couple of nights on my own.
  16. What I meant when refering to a tour bike vs. sportbike was the range. Most sportbikes do around 120-150 miles per tank whereas a lot of toury type bikes do 350 or so. It's the gas stops that kill your time average on long trips. I have no idea what kind of range you have, but hope it's at least 175 to 200 or so - that'll save you some stops and get you there faster.
  17. Those cement blocks are gonna kill your fuel mileage!
  18. I'm heading down on Wednesday and will be staying in Alcoa, TN at the Fairfield Inn. I'll go ahead and get a room with two beds, so if anyone wants to come down a bit early, I'll have an extra bed. Wifey got a room rate of $35 per night for me, so it's hard to argue with that.
  19. Did the miles for you - I'm not ragging on you by any means, but the mileage versus the time you want to do it in is going to be damned near impossible. Bikes go faster, but you'll be stopping for fuel constantly unless you have a fuel cell on your bike. And be super careful in Kansas. They have more cops per inch on I-70 than any state in the US - including Ohio. Just be careful and take a little more time, then you'll arrive safely and have more fun.
  20. Yup - 600 miles is along day on a non-touring type bike. Multiple 600 mile days in a row is no fun at all. Try to plan for a day or two of no riding at all. Your body isn't the only thing to get tired, your brain will get really tired. Probably more so than your body. Just take some time to rest. Springfield to Albequerque is 825 miles and will take a shitload longer than 12 hours to do. Might wanna rethink your distances and tiem to ride it. have fun!
  21. Check out: http://killboy.blogspot.com/ - Killboy's main page and go to the 28th picture down labeled "Machinery" It's gonna be fun, kiddies!
  22. Casper, ShittyGixer and I were in Santa Fe last month as part of our westward trip. Just ate a lot and got drunk there, so we didn't venture up to Vegas at all. The wife works for a hotel company that owns the Hilton Santa Fe, so that's why we go there so much. She works while I wonder around, getting drunk, etc. and eating hot food. Never got into In N Out, not a big burger fan. But Del Taco's Spicy Chicken Quesadillas are the best fast food in the World. I hot them up every chance I get. I think the closest Del Taco is in St. Louis (just off of i-70 , one exit east ofthe Airport). I hit that one up about once a month when I'm over that way.
  23. That's a 1995 Honda CB1000 - Big Red One I had one back in theday - total piece of shit, Slow, crappy brakes, shit forks. Was comfy though!
  24. We spent last Xmas in Las Vegas. Cool little town that kinda got by passed by progress. The square in the center of town is surrounded by period buildings with an old 1940's drug store on the east side. Not trying to look retro and cool, it just is. Going there again this Xams - dont' ask why.
  25. Yeah, but ya can stop in Barstow to see Mecca! (also known as one of the first Del Taco's) There's a crappy little Route 66 museum next to the bombed out train depot just north of town.
