i have a stock lt1 going back into the car, you think what i tell you is true? ive heard about more combinations going into my car than i care to share. speculation is just more fun. i could have lied to everyone and theres only 3 people who knows whats really going on, craig, scott, and rob. and only a guy who doesnt get ass states that he doesnt care about ass. so when i pull away from you in a stock lt1 dont cry, its just the nature of the biz. cause im going to get walked by the next guy, except my car will look, and sound way better than yours.

toook the jet ski out earrrly this morning. not many people out on the lake at 830-9am jet ski ran great got a new best of 58. i coudl cruise around at 55 sitting down with not a single bump, thats how smooooth it was this morning.

now im going off of my speedo on my jet ski which im sure isant 100% accurate. but i could get it up to 58 an stay there, one of these days ive gotta get someone to clock my on gps to see where im at

If you're considering an 04-07 (aka GD) STI with suspension mods, you can test drive mine. I'm only Stage 1, so power is nearly stock. But the suspension is heavily modified. AJ rode in it at the T+T autocross.

It's not a huge deal, but if you're all stock, its kind of a PITA moving all the stuff to get at the carbs. It's much easier to do with the carbs off the bike, but that means pulling the seat, air box, speedo cluster, tank, AIS stuff that gets in the way, then physically removing the carbs. First time pulling them off, and putting them back on will probably take you 2 hours not including the time to take the carbs apart and clean. It goes a little faster each time you do it, though.

+1 Sounds like it's doing exactly what mine was doing before I found I had the wrong jets in it. Open the float side of the carbs and get those jets cleaned out. I'd put a new filter on it too, just to be sure.

is it a difficult job to do? time consuming? i donthave alot of time or patience lately an woudl rather have some one do it but if its somethign some what easy ill just tackel it

eeee i dont agree, ive seen more testeers the other way around. atleast on the older stis an evo the new ones suck ass i even remember a test drive episode where they raced an the evo was beter drag an sti better corners. eathier way both cars will do exactally what he wants to do with out any problem my vote is for evo thought lol
