03 GSXR 750 Track bike (not street legal) Stock strong running motor Galfer Wave Rotors EBC Race Pads (on bike) Carbon Lorraine C55 Brake pads (brand new unused still in package) GPR steering damper zero gravity double bubble windscreen Carbon Fiber Front fender Stock forks with penske internals (springs for 240# rider) Ohlins rear shock (springs for 240# rider) Full Ti Akropovic Race exhaust CF can Vortex 520 sprockets Gold 520 Chain Woodcraft rearsets Epoxy prime red Race bodywork Black with white number plates Vortex Frame Sliders Michelin 1200/1800 slick combo 180 rear on 5.5 inch wheel. Rear Stand included All suspension recently gone over by Matt Carr Asking $3500 OBO. Please make an offer. All offers will be considered. This has been a good bike for me. I have probably run about 12 track days on it in the last 2 years and it has served it's purpose for me. I am just going to track the ducati some this year and try to find something newer next year. This would make a perfect track bike for someone who is learning. It's probably a little too old for someone who wants to ride competitively. The nice thing about this bike is it has all the trick parts on it already and it's already in track fairings so crashing it shouldn't be too expensive. Call or email joseph.hansen@gmail.com or 937-469-4922 if interested

A lot of My gi joe stuff got ruined cause I made the planes actually fly. the lawn mower got some of the stuff too.

I wasn't saying you are dumb. I was saying if a person doesn't already know that a motorcycle comes with the potential of getting hurt then they are dumb. Point being, we get it, you can get hurt, even more so if you don't wear your gear. Pic of someone's bone sticking out of their ankle unnecessary. That's all
-
You can't save em all. I just wear my gear, if someone asks me I'll tell them, wear the gear. Just sayin, at one point it's just instilling fear. Shit happens we all know this. If you don't know this your dumb.
-
Is this really necessary. The guy is already asking about boots, he's on the right track. Do we really need to fear monger about the boots. This is the problem with America (or at least with OR) today.
-
I think these are discontinued but I have a pair of these for casual use. They are actually very comfortable to walk in http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/images/InitialSet/tcx_x_square_boots_black_400.jpg Then I also have some Sidi Vertigo Air boots for the track and for when I'm riding out of town in full leathers. Not that great for walking but amazingly comfortable to ride in http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Detail.bok?no=2082 I've been very happy with both boots. Even crashed the Sidi's 2x and no foot injuries. Not sure if I would have had any otherwise but they seemed to work. For MSF, just a pair of red wings or something will be fine.

You know, it's funny, I'd have never known what is collectible and what is not but what it really seems to come down to is production. If the figure was made in low numbers and it was desirable then it was valuable. For instance, they accidentally produced a figure with black (african american) colored skin when the character was supposed to be white. So that figure is rare and desirable and therefore valuable. The most valuable figure James has is one that there are only 20 in known existence. (I could be off) and it's a destro with leopard print on his coat. They call him "pimp daddy destro" It's interesting how no matter what you are into the sky is the limit on what kind of money you can spend.
-
$40 Considering the time spent and printing cost that went into this thing, It's worth it.
-
Yep. I'm 31, they'd be the one's I grew up with. Believe it or not they are very collectible too.

You know, I'm the first to say this sucks. This happened with F1 a few years ago too. However I do have to say. The indy GP/F1 infield track sucks compared to most of the other circuits. Primarily cause it's just flat as a board. This is just my personal opinion so please don't flame but I feel a world class track needs elevation change. It just adds so much to racing. That's my 2 cents. Having said all that, I loved having F1 and GP at Indy, it's with in a short drive and there is plenty of space to camp. It's a ton of fun. What the hell am I going to do now, go to a nascar race?

If nothing else do me a favor guys and Like the FB page to get the book some publicity. I believe he's selling it for $40 and if you saw it in person, it is every bit of a $40 book. I'm not a big GI Joe guy but I am pretty impressed.

A friend of mine (lot's of you have met James) just completed a comprehensive guide to G.I. Joe figures that he had been working on for years. Not sure if any of you are into Joes but I figured I'd throw it up here in case you were. All of the photography is original, he designed the book and laid it out himself. He literally did this beginning to end by himself. Only thing he paid for was the printing. He paid a photographer but for the most part shot everything himself with the photographer's equipment. It's actually a really nice book. Nice coffee table material. http://rahcguide.com/ and the FB page https://www.facebook.com/pages/RAHC-Guide/188540487851596?ref=nf you can order from him by emailing rahc.guide@gmail.com for payment details. He's a 1 man show.

That second link really sheds some light on why people might think the answer is 2. Interesting. So Multiplication and Division precedence is just wrong but the precedence of implied multiplication is still debatable. Either way, calculators updating their logic and the fact that the standard order of operations give the answer 288 says to me that the agreed on standard is 288 and ultimately in math the most important thing is that we all agree on the same rules otherwise spacecraft will fall from the sky.
-
In case anyone is looking through this thread wondering what is correct. It's 288.
-
so now we have screen shots of the exact same calculators with different answers. This is how religions get started.
-
I'm with this guy don't forget google and wikipedia.
-
Google says and wikipedia says http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_operations 48÷2*(9+3) = 48÷2(9+3)

I am helping a friend out around 1. I'll try to be down towards the end of the day. Save me a pull. I've never actually dynoed anything at once of these things.
-
Well, the hopper has a 65cc big bore kit on it, with a domed piston (high comp) and a puch head. Also has a custom (biturbo for puch) exhaust, a pw50 rear diff (taller gearing), bigger tires and I bumped the carb jet from a 67.5 to a 90 and put a K&N conical air filter on it. Supposedly by law these bikes had to make under 2hp from the factory. Considering I upped the top speed from a GPSed 28 to 46 so far I think I have realized a horsepower increase. Oh, I also relocated the foot pegs to use BMX pegs on the engine mount bolt and put some cruiser pegs on the front axle. This thing is totally "chip foose" OK, so yes, to ruin the surprise, if I can make it down I might dyno the hopper. The duc is at Ducati Indy being rebuilt anyway.
-
perfect, I should be fine then. Just need to figure out if it makes sense to bring the shorter gearing or the taller gearing. I'd rather ride there on the tall.
-
Slightly off topic. What is the minimum HP needed to turn the rollers on the dyno?

wr erase reload ...... you lose.
