Since I just saw an order for a pic from him, I'm gonna assume he means a picture derek.

A couple guys from Commonwealth were riding on the one that was in race plastics in the tricolor paint scheme. Mostly Jimmy Vanderhaar was riding it, but it was on the OEM pirelli tires so he wasn't running nearly as fast. Matt specifically wanted to see what it ran like on the dunlop slicks so he waited till after lunch and ran about 3 sessions to see what he thought compared to his 1098R. Needless to say he improved on his putnam lap record by about 1/2 a second. Some are saying he might have gotten near the 11s but I only ever saw times in the 12s, but they were pretty consistent. I think racing with you at VMD might have put Matt back in the zone. I haven't seen him ride like that at Putnam since I started photographing their days 2 years ago. He was on another planet. Yah, I've got some pics. I've been super busy lately but I was planning on catching up on my smaller photo projects tonight so I'll shoot you some stuff this evening. I've just got some stuff from the bottom of the esses of you and Matt and a few other friends from Saturday. Since I wasn't the official photographer at the event I didn't have access to all the cool photo hole spots.

I have a Toshiba TD-S25 DLP projector. It's native resolution is 800x600, for you high definition aficionados that falls between 480p and 720p. 480p is 640x480 (typical DVD resolution) 720p is 1280x720. So if you push 720p to this projector it actually looks pretty good. Either way, I bought a 1080p projector (happy birthday to me) so I don't need this one any more. New this one would be around $2200. I got it used for a lot less. It's a 24" graphtec plotter if you want to shop around.

I'm planning on making money doing door signs and things of that nature. manufacture logos would be for friends, I don't see much money in that anyway.

I've got AI, and flexisign 8, but I'd love to get more software (particularly flexi10 and AI fonts) but moreso I'd love to learn the tricks. I need to set up a better workspace for weeding and get some big rolls of other colors. I'm just playing right now. Further, I'm not hear to step on anyone's toes, I plan on doing small jobs with this, I realized it'd easily pay for itself and after that it's just an awesome toy and marketing tool for my photography.

All, I recently purchased a cutter plotter. You might be asking, what is a cutter plotter Joe? Well, it's a lot like a printer but it uses a blade to cut vinyl. Basically, those cool die cut stickers and decals you see on bikes, the ducati logos or desmohio stickers, ohio riders stickers, door signs showing hours of operation, real estate signs, car window stickers. It's not the same thing. If the police don't chase, no one gets hurt, including the idiot on the bike. Going that fast is not showing direct intent to hurt others. Firing a gun irresponsibly is a much different thing. Look, I'm not for unsafe driving but I have gone pretty fast on the streets and I'm sure a lot of others on here have as well, it's just what some of these bikes do, it doesn't mean I'm out here trying to hurt people and frankly, I don't think the chances of me hurting someone by speeding are super high. Not condoning it, just saying, not really worth pulling the spike strips out or chasing. Guess I'm just looking at the greater good. Sure, we all make choices and a riders choice to run is dumb but law enforcement really should be the cooler head in the situation and make the decision that supports the greater good. If police pull spike strips on an otherwise harmless speeder someone is going to get hurt and if they chase then uninvolved motorists are more likely to get hurt. It's not hard to see.

Unless he's a murderer, just let it go, if you can get the tags and meet him at home great, but I agree with most of what is said here. No reason to risk anyone's lives over a traffic stop. Also, spike strips, no dude, what are you trying to kill the guy just cause he's an idiot? That's not how modern society works, next are we gonna start shooting people that make bad decisions, you are sort of saying the same thing. Let's just wreck the guy on the bike and see if he makes it.

Different dealers operate in different ways I guess. I'd hate to buy a bike I've never rode. Ducati Indy has a demo bike, I don't think they are just letting any one who roles in off the street ride it but if you are seriously conisidering buying one I'm sure they'll let you have a quick ride on it.
