They got a couple track days in them. Definitely worth $50. Tires get like that when you ride on the track, especially race tires. If you rode those around on the street (which you shouldn't because they aren't street legal) all that balled up rubber would smooth out. If my Gixxer was at the house I'd take a picture of the brand new slicks I put on it. I ran them 1 day at barber and they look the same way, maybe a little less blue because it wasn't too hot that day.

Pics I'll throw in the USB keyboard as well, always good to have a wired keyboard if you are troubleshooting an issue.

Honestly, I only rode a few laps on the superbike slick front, because that is the day I wrecked my monster so the gixxer didn't go out again. The dragon rear saw 1 day at putnam and I never ran the other tires, they were just take offs I had previously picked up. They are selling cheaper than I paid. Anyway, pics are up and yes I went slow at putnam.

well they canceled it and refunded my credit card and suggested watching the forums. vaseline is the best. It suffers less viscosity break down than other lubes, such as KY. Although KY seems to reduce friction more, it wears out around the 1/2 way point and needs a reapplication.

Apparently STT doesn't want me to run novice on Saturday and then Advanced on Sunday. WTH, I just wanted to learn the track on Saturday. I felt like bumping up to advanced next track day anyway. Am I best off trying to sign up novice both days or advanced both days in this situation?
