180 Pirelli Dragon slick rears 1 brand new $80 1 has 1 track day on it $50 The catch is this is a 5+ year old carcass, but it has not been left out in the cold Pirelli Superbike slick $50 Decent looking take off, not sure on the age, but it's newer 1 Pirelli Supercorsa front DOT race tire Also a decent looking take off $50 I am currently at work but can post pictures and or get more information as to tire compounds tonight. shipping will need to be paid by the buyer. We can work that out at the time of sale depending on how many tires are bought. I am in Columbus OH if you want to pick the tires up instead. Here are the pictures

I just signed up novice Saturday and Advanced Sunday. I'm gonna go broke. I put up rain tires, extra wheels and soon some take off tires for sale. Buy my shit!

Black wheels front and back, with rotors and pretty decent rain tires mounted. 180/55 rear and 120 front. These are Pirelli Dragon rains and look pretty good. I only rode 1/2 a track day in a full wet track in intermediate on them and before that they had about 10 laps from Drew Brenner on them. I'll sell the whole set up for $400 If I split the stuff up $200 for the tires $150 for the front wheel with rotors $125 for the 5.5 inch rear wheel with a rotor and cush Buyer pays shipping if it needs to be shipped. I encourage pick up. I'll try to get some pictures up later if there is interest. Here are the picturs.

I found christmas Ale today. I am drunk tonight! It never ceases to amaze me. It seems to have magical powers compared to other alcohols.

Wow, not that I condone piracy but that is a bold move on Microsofts part. It's a delicate relationship that the companies that provide content have with their customers these days. Luckily, xbox 360 is un modded as it's mostly a netflix movie machine, PS3 unmodded, but holy hell if the PS2 police were out I'd be arrested. 120GB HDD full of all kinds of copied games. Most of the games I played I already owned but they just loaded faster off the HDD. But sure, I pirated a few. It's like a game in itself modding the machine.

Taggarts on Wilminton and Patterson, or Poor Haus in Centerville or maybe Tailgators on Far Hills or......Mcgillicutty's on whipp or Harrigans over on Marshall or .......Yes campus Milanos or any BW3s. Fieldhouse does have cable I believe. I dunno, many more but those seem like good choices to me. Oh.... don't forget about that really old bar on irving up the hill from UD.... um Kramer's

Check these out http://www.moto-works.jp/beater/index.html#d9%20T $2200 for my monster. The thing that kills me, is my tank will be replaced under warranty with a tank from ducati that dealer cost is $1900. Wish I could just have them contribute that to one of these aluminum tanks. No more swelling issue. I can't justify $2200 out of my pocket though for something that will be replaced due to it being defective. hotness

I'm picking up some lexan scrap from a local place tomorrow to complete the top. Then I'm done, I think.

It is my fiance's. It's honestly not bad. She has one that has some options on it though, like CD player and larger Alloy wheels with lower profile wider tires. I had a sedan as a rental a long while ago that was bone stock and it was horrible. (like cheapest feeling car in every way possible kind of horrilbe, plus it smelled like urinal cakes) I drive her car every now and again, it's ok, I guess that is what you'd expect. I think she gets reasonably good gas mileage and being a hatchback it's reasonably roomy for it's size but I'm more inclined to look at foreign cars, especially in this segment. Although, it is technically a rebadged daewoo so maybe it is foreign after all. Her check engine light has been on pretty much since she bought it and the people at the chevy dealer said "it just does that" literally. I really need to take the car into the dealer myself and have a talk with them. Either way it seems to run fine and she loves it because it's "cute" The GTI being my daily driver, I tend to drive the aveo a little harder than I mean to. Just merging on the highway and expecting more power ends up causing the poor thing to redline all the gears with it's automatic transmission. It's kinda funny, I don't mean to kill the poor thing, it just can't get out of it's own way. Having said all that, if it was fitted with a proper 3 pedal transmission I think the car could potentially be fun to drive but the lack of power coupled with a pretty basic auto trans makes it about as plain vanilla s you can get. BTW, I'm with you, after getting some bikes, I'm not so concerned about the GTI any more. GTI is fun and fast but just doesn't compare to the ducati or the Gixxer. Although, getting in more normal cars like the aveo makes me realize how much I still like the GTI, sometimes I forget that most cars are slow.

dude, I seriously thought it might be him behind the keyboard.

3/4 inch plywood, the polyurethane isn't working out as I hoped though. I'm looking into some thin lexan sheet for the counter top. I'm open to suggestions though!

Well, say you want to build a race/track bike. Why pay more for fancy paint, but you don't want to give up goodies or at least not mount points for the goodies. Ducati is getting smarter I think. The Dark just makes sense if you want to track an 848 and are buying new.
-
Oh and as far as the OP, The 1198R is bad assed looking, love the aluminum tank and the 848 dark is cool too, especially since they didn't skimp it down. I know my buddy with a 749 dark was a little disappointed when he found they delete the steering damper and damper mount point on that bike.

The plastic tank weighs about the same as the old steal tanks, although plastic is lighter than steal, they make it very thick which consequently makes it weigh the same and hold less fuel than the steal. It doesn't dent very easily though.... ask me how I know.
-
This is untrue.... my ducati monster has a plastic tank which is subsequently suffering from a swelling problem as a result. People think it's due to ethenol content in the fuel. Here is a thread about the warranty claims people are making http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=25074.0 Further, all newly designed ducati's after 2005 or 2006 have plastic tanks, there may be a few exceptions like the 2006 supersport probably still has metal but the 848, 1098, 1198, s2r monsters and testestretta s4r monsters and newer all have plastic tanks. The thickness of the tank causes you to lose about a gallon of fuel capcity. The older metal tank monsters can take about 4 gallons, my bike takes about 3.2.

By the end of the night I made that video I had drank 9. I had to work the next day. I do not recommend this as I was freaking lit. My liver was in better shape back then though. I think Ray kept my liver in fighting order. Since he's not around as much anymore I don't think I could drink that much.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOw23Ul_a98 This video is a result of Christmas ale. On this night, I attempted to open said christmas ale with a box wrench. I succeeded several times. 1 of the times though I accidentally hit myself in the forehead with the wrench so hard I drew blood on accident. Careful fellas this is powerful stuff. Oh and yes.... Clint seemed to think the Hymen was in a womens mouth, so we made fun of him about it.

I wish I knew what you meant......Houston?
-
I was thinking the same thing.... but then, what is comparable to the streetfighter.... Maybe the MV Agusta Brutale?
-
Is there such a thing as a secure window unless you put bars on it?
-
Lights are in. I just need to insulate and heat the place and I can move in
-
I'm just sayin.... In the way I keep saying, why ride a superbike on the street. The streetfighter has the more comfortable riding position, sexyness of a naked bike and still has 155hp, plus single sided swing arm, dry clutch and really cool exaust. That thing is bad. I didn't think I liked them, but once I saw one in person my mind changed.
