I was with r1crusher last night, part of that conversation, and as well, work in Elyria and live in North Ridgetucky. Truly saddened to hear about this and thought and prayers are very much with his family, friends, fellow officers, and yourself. I have a couple friends on the Cleveland force, and things like this hit very close to home.

Political parties are like bookends. They each have their place and purpose, but everyone knows that what's really worth spending time on is found somewhere in between.

Does anyone recall or have a line on some front end stands that for some reason I recall being available at some ridiculous price of $20? If so, if that could be passed along, I would appreciate it.

I have noticed some intermittant issues over the past couple days, but its sporadic. Some at work, some here, and I know that my home router is on its last leg.

I miss the smell of fresh tires. Not that I just put new ones on, but when I get home, they smell that way when warm. Like mom's fresh cookies.

Its always sad to hear when good folks like those here at OR lose someone so close. We know our lives are better for having known someone like Jeff. While I myself did not, many of my friends here did, and for that my heart goes out to them, as well as Jeff's family. Though his loss looms large, it sounds that his impact on life was much, much greater, and that the memories he has left behind would far outweigh the sadness of his passing. I will hope and pray for all touched by him that this is the case. Godspeed, Jeff. May I get to meet you on the other side.

Same here. I went home today at lunch and brought the RC back up. Looking forward to leaving here in an hour just for the ride.

I ran back to the house for lunch and was half tempeted to ride the RC back to the office. But I haven't changed the oil yet, and don't want to stir it up. The RC is just unabashed sexiniess in sound. Its not the Duc thud (which I am in love with as well) but I love my RC. Sure, its big, its older, its loud, but its mine and I love that sexy bitch!
