Now that I have a home theatre setup, i've found that my streaming options are currently downgrading the audio from any mutichannel file to a 2 channel output which just means I have some pretty speakers mounted on a wall not doing any good. My current setup is a base pc where all my movies are stored using "Stream to Me" server controlled by an iOS (iphone or ipad) device to my factory firmware (no jb) Apple TV 2. I also have a PS3 with a media server but have not used that before and after some minimal research believe I'll run into the same problem. I've jailbroke my Atv2 before to use XBMC, will this work does anyone know or are there other options available with the equipment I have.

I only have one speaker on an outside wall and a few wires that need to under carpet so I'll be getting fish tape anyways.

is it possible to do this with a small hole or will the hole need to be fairly large? >1"?

I've finally gotten around to placing and mounting my new theatre system I got today. Sounds great, never had 7.1 before so this is definitely a new awesome experience save for one thing. wires. my tv is wall mounted with the cords going behind the wall with some code approved device thing (name escapes me right now) and I really like the clean look. the speakers are mounted onto the wall with the wire hanging down and routed along the edge of the room. is it as simple as drilling a hole behind the speaker, routing it down to another hole behind the baseboard and stuffing the wiring there? The floor hiding I'm not too concerned with, it's the in-wall routing that i'm lacking solutions for and any help would be appreciated.

pegram. m1 powersports picked up a lot of races this year and that will help big time, plus the big kahuna is back at road atlanta. should be a neat year and hopefully an upswing in attendance and viewership.

you should be good to go with your r6. my old 99 r6 there was a petcock, my 07 r6 it's one way - the only fuel that spills if i'm not careful is whatever is remaining in the fuel hose leading to the throttle bodies.

subd some input - i have the apple tv 2 (well worth the price imo) and all my 400 of my movies are on my pc hard drive. I had the same setup you are pursuing with a jb atv2 running xbmc but I kept running into issues with XBMC (continued buffering, random crashes etc). atv2 was lan connected to my network as well as my pc. i even tried updating to the most recent atv2 firmware and rejailbreaking with no luck. eventually when I moved I started fresh - i factory refreshed my atv2, no jailbreak but this time I bought the stream to me pc app for my ios devices. the gui isn't as glamorous as the xbmc (just a file browser), but i can browse all my movies, tv shows and races from my ipad or iphone and then airplay them right into my atv2 without needing a jailbreak using the app and server installed on my home pc. no file format issues or anything like that. I've yet to see a single movie, show or race re-buffer or stop randomly during the viewing. ideally I'd like to see stream to me update to look a little better to include metadata, but for now I'm happy. just some food for thought.
