I had a softail once. The wife thought the Yammy FJR was more comfortable. Since it was primarily for 2 up riding, buh-bye to the Harley.

Suzuki rode way better. Less bumpy, more get up and go, smooth clutch and shifting, good handling. I definitely made the right choice. Best yet no manual choke, and its paid for!

Congratz on new bike... I could never see myself spending that much money on a harley when there are so many awesome bikes out there that are the same if not better.... for a half to a third of the cost

Never had a Harley so I guess I don't know what I missed!!! 43 years of owning motorcycles and have had Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Triumph and Victory. Seventeen bikes in all.

When it's time for a second bike, it might be another Sporty. I really enjoyed that bike.
