Why was he hired in the first place? Affirmative action bullshit? I've also wondered about the race of those targeted by him during the shooting spree because his earlier beef was supposedly a missed promotion in the Navy Reserves due to "discrimination" - real or imagined - and he didn't get over it in a healthy manner.
