redkow97
Shit. I work in Painesville.I would deliver the nighthawk for $500 and buy this myself. I got a PM about someone interested in the nighthawk. If that goes through, I will be in touch about this, but I don't want to get left bikeless in the shuffle. the OP's PM box is full, but send me one when you see this. I would much prefer the Katana to the Nighthawk (although I am liking working on the nighthawk a lot more than I thought I would)

porschefan
I appreciate the offer for photos but I've thought it over and I think a 750 would be too much for a beginner. I've got a katana myself, and as good a deal as you are offering it's not worth it if he gets hurt or discouraged from riding. Thanks again though. redkow97
Hell I learned on a gixxer 750 No one has ever said it CAN'T be done, just that there are safer bikes to start on. If the planets align, I may actually be able to buy this.
porschefan
No one has ever said it CAN'T be done, just that there are safer bikes to start on. If the planets align, I may actually be able to buy this. I know my bro, I just don't think it would be the right way to do it for him. I learned on a 250 and I miss that bike. There's a zxr400 close to me that I'm sorely tempted to go look at. (The ergos on that one are too aggressive for him) And I sent a PM about the 'hawk. redkow97
Just saw how much tread is left on the rear tire. Plenty of miles left on that, let alone the bike!

redkow97
I would plan to buy a set of tires for that trip, but possibly. Gotta get the big Kat to Nelson and see if Todd will let a 90hp air-cooled 460 lbs 750 race in 600 superbike :-PEven out the tread wear at a track day at least.
