Years ago had friends in a Reggae band (then named Ital....then became First Light, and now the only remains are Carlos Jones Plus Band). They played regularly at Mothers (which was a club above Rays) and Taco Tantos used to have a stand in the alley off Water St at the entrance to the stairs going up to Mothers.
