speedytriple
We are looking for somewhere to go eat Saturday night. Anyone is welcome if they want to meet up somewhere. Suggestions for a place to eat would be great also.
Earache
Adornetto's for local pizza on Maple Ave would be good for chow; kids like it and it's not a chain. No beer there though, just soft drinks.Z'Burg used to have a few decent places to eat, but the chains have pretty much taken over.
Gump
https://thewilds.columbuszoo.org/home/visit/plan-your-visit/hours They're open Saturday and sunday this month. The Wilds, not Columbus zoo. It's really close to Zanesville. Edited October 9, 2015 by Gump
Earache
edit: www.Adornettos.com2224 Maple Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701(740) 453-0789 Desert at Tom's Ice Cream Bowl . Kinda of a weird place, looks like 1950 in there because they havent changed shit in 50 years. Ice cream is average, but kids like it. Dragged there by my nieces many times. It's a chain, but the best steak in town is at Longhorn. Located on Maple Ave - just like everything else - by the Mall. Good bar with decent beer selection. speedytriple
No beers this weekend first trip away from home for my 12 y.o. since we found out he's type 1 diabetic an moms not going. The pizza place might work, he still loves his pizza. We will be in our stands most of the day so a trip to the wilds is most likely out. Unless they let me take my bow in lol. vf1000ride
You also have Picnic Pizza, there are two of them in Zanesville. It's a real good New York / North Jersey style pizza (actual pie slices).
zx3vfr
You could always go check out the zoo? I hear they got some close encounter attractions. lolol Too soon?
MidgetTodd
With kids in Zanesville, nothing. Lol really nothing. I have class Saturday and work a 24 Sunday so I won't be doing much. Toms closes early. Addornettos isn't bad, I still prefer Papa Johns though. Ichabon Japanese Steakhouse is the best place to eat in Zanesville IMO. There also Blitz. It's a pizza place with an arcade. Pizza is edible there not awesome though. It's like a hill billy Chucky Cheese. Where are you staying? If you're staying at the campgrounds across from Dillion there's a band there Saturday night and that's where I'll likely be drinking and picking up drunk hilly billy girls. MidgetTodd
If you want a unique place to eat I suggest Olde Falls Inn. It's on 146 just a few miles from Dillion. Fri is Prime Rib night. I'll be working in the ER till midnight tonight, can share cafeteria food and dead hookers with the boys.
drc32-0
Bill's has some pretty good BBQ,it's about 3 miles north of the mall on 60(Maple).Donald's has some good donuts,of course not the best thing for someone with diabetes. MidgetTodd
Popular drugs change quickly. I was sad to see it fade, had some great runs from it. Meth and Herion users are not near as entertaining

speedytriple
Staying at a state cabin. About to head out hunting now. Thanks for the input. I had to make a stop in Mt Vernon last night to Walmart for a few things looked like some hookers could be had in the back corner of their lot lol.
