I had side loading on my last one and preferred it. A bit harder to pack and organize, but once done you could get to anything easier. But, it's air cooled. That is a concern. That is a big motor to not have liquid cooling. It may approach Harley heat levels which is unacceptable. There was someone that made pipes for the old ones that were really cool. Like the old time street rod setup where you flipped a valve and they went from quiet to pretty much straight pipes.
