I could see the fluid maybe causing the bike to lowside if the tire is soaked in fluid but LOCKUP?????? If the fluid is gone, there is no pressure and it is mechanically impossible on a bike. Unless it was only one side and the panic caused him to grab the brake and only one side was pressurized......hmmmm?????
