Kohones
For me - the BEST = Mustang Steve McQueen drove in the movie from late sixties - BULLITT. Steve actually did the driving because he thought using a stunt driver - just wasn't right!
Mowgli1647545497
+1 for Steve MqQueen's Mustang. Not so much because of the car itself but because of the whole package: The driving, the state of the car (it looked like a real car, used, dirty, etc), the sliding around on screeching bias plys, the bad-ass-edness of the driver himself (Nick Cage wishes he was 1/10th as cool as Steve McQueens left buttcheek). The Bullitt Mustang. #1 As for a car alone - I'd go with the white Lotus that Bond drove in The Spy Who Loved Me.

Best movie car ever...007's Aston Martin DB5. The actual car was auctioned for ~ $300k I think but then stolen from a hangar in Boca Raton and never seen again.
