Don't it make more since to go out and pay 500 or less on a "pocket" bike and do stunts, rather than going out and paying 10k on a brand new bike, just out of high school, then try and do stunts, crash your bike almost die and then turn it into a costly insurance claim, and making everyone else's rates go up....
