Science Abuse
If you think it's a copperhead, then treat it like a copperhead: very fuckin carefully, because it will fuck up your world if given the chance. There's realy not allot you can do with it: -Release it into the wild -Offer it to a zoo -Offer it to a shelter -Eat it. It's not legal to keep animals that you catch without a permit, and it's illegal to keep vipers of any kind as pets. Call the shelter on Billingsly, they'll have better info. ImUrOBGYN
copperheads are in ohio, especially further south. their venom is not nearly as bad as that from rattlesnakes, cottonmouths, or coral snakes, but if bit, you should still seek medical treatment. i treated an 8 year old for a copperhead bite--let me find some pics of his hand--hold on Little trivia - The copperhead is a close relative of the cottonmouth, the only poisonous fresh water snake in the us and very, very agressive. They're all over the south and are one of the few snakes that will actually cover ground to come at you. Watchin Animal Planet, Discovery, etc, many 'professionals' are even very nervous when it comes to screwing around with cottonmouths.
