Need apartment for my brother

I need to find an apartment for my brother. Is there anything decent for less then 400 ? Give me some suggestions.Would like to stay in the northwest area.

Just helping him find a place . I know 400 or less is not easy to find in the NW area.

If we looked at the east or west side it could be done.

Isn't there a complex just north and east of the 70/270 interchange by Brice road that's in the $400-500 range?
