Draco-REX
I'm curious. When you mod a car the price of the mods can never be recouped, and the resale value of the car will actually go down 9 times out of 10. Is it the same for bikes? I'm mostly curious... Trade-in at a dealer will go down if the bike isn't stoke. However, you can usually get more out of it via private sale if its modded. But you will never recoup all of the costs of the aftermarket parts.
kinkinhood
Harleys are the only ones that tend to gain value from modding, assuming the mods are genuine Harley Davidson parts.
kenny
Only if you're an R6 owner. When I was looking for my current R6 people were asking more for their bikes with 5k+ miles than I paid for my first R6 from the dealer. Parts aren't worth shit.
