Buck531
I have a spare supercharger case I was thinking of porting. I have an air compressor and a die grinder. What bit will I need that will work to port it out a tad?
Farkas
Aluminum is soft so just about anything will work.
Dave1647545494
aluminum is so soft it will quick clog many kinds of drill bits and sand papers you can either buy from a place like spartan tool on alum creek drive, or snap-on online and get bits made for working in aluminum or just get cheap ones and change um when they clog up you'll end up with about the same money in it anyway

Doug1647545489
You'll want a single cut flute so it doesn't get clogged up as easily. Be very careful though as you can take a lot of material off very quickly. Then finish with a sanding roll.

I only need to take like less than 1/4" of material out. This was done on a mill. I know I won't get anything close to that on a cutting tool, but it's not much http://bucky.kicks-ass.net/car/blower/compare.jpg I'm also not going to remove the bar either. Just port the outlet and possibly the inlet a little.
