Figured I'd start one even though not a whole lot of people went.

I got 5 runs in before my MAF took a shit and I couldn't run anymore :(.

13.52 @ 102 with a 1.997 60'.

I was just getting warmed up and borrowed some Torco from Ant and was planning on bumping up the timing :(.

11.93 @ 121.60, 60' time 1.92.

Averaged 22 mpg for the day (home to track, at track, and track back home), used 400 lbs of weight in trunk for added traction, melted 10 ice packs on the intercoolers and got four "nitrous frostings" of the engine compartment by Brian with his surplus N2O between passes. (Thanks, Brian!) :D

Great times everybody.

Shawn, very nice time man...

What do you have done to that old man mobile thus far ?

3.2 pulley, about 10-12 lbs of boost $90 with hub/pulley

1" intercooler Pieced together for around $400

$200 china headers

3" exhaust - free (dude left it in my garage for 2 months)

Intake (came from my Lumina days)

1.8/1.85 rockers ($150)

Oh yeah I tanked the motor a few months ago so had to get a 50k mile motor from Craigslist for $250. Sold all the parts I didn't need for around $400

It's a MUCH better ride than the Lumina. Few more mods and I'll be right back where I was last year with the Lumina :).

Thanks to Brian for fielding the footwork on this rental. Much appreciated :D

I dunno how everyone else was catching traction, I was having a mediocre day at best with mine :p

Anyways, drove to the track and back, Sunoco Ultra 94 and about 12mpg.

Started at 15psi in the tires and worked my way down to 10psi. I was able to pull a wheel several times, I'm hoping Brian got one on video.

11.09 @ 127.07, 1.87 60'

10.99 @ 129.31, 1.82 60'

10.97@129.78, 1.90 60'

10.87 @ 130.02, 1.78 60'

10.87 @ 129.70, 1.79 60'

10.81 @ 128.98, 1.74 60'

10.60s are in reach if I can get my damned 60' down to a 1.6x like I used to be able to. These tires are done, so a new set for next year.

An amazing day, great track for what it's worth, and only 23 cars showed up for the perfect weather :D

17.3 @ 83mph with a 2.5 60' in the Envoy woooo wooo!!!

I have 145 videos I have to upload  The wife and I tried to record most of the passes but missed like 30 passes (at most). Hopefully I have a few personal bests on film.

I'm going to start uploading them now. 1gb of file sharing would be nice night now

I had a great time many thanks to Brian for setting this up. The weather was cool and near perfect for quick times.

My personal best with this motor.

1.4791 60 ft

10.4191 ET

130.06 MPH

The motor is comming out today and going to the engine builder to rework it for next year.

Rog, that was definitely a good race we had. Woulda made a better video had I hit the light the same time you did ;)

Kenny, these double as street tires as well, and I'm not comfortable driving around town on ETs. I was able for years to pull consistent 1.6x with 26" BFGs, but went to a 28" tall to keep from hitting OD before the traps. My 60' have not been the same, falling now into the 1.7x range. I'm gonna try the MT DRs for next year.
