kirks5oh
make sure you put a screw post in your basement to support the weight. water 8lbs/gallon-----150 gallons----1200lbs rocks, etc------100lbs tank stand-----200lbs hospital tank, filters, etc--200lbs it gets close to 2000lbs real quick i had a 125gallon, and used a screw jack post in my basement. sold the aquarium set up a while ago though
AJ
water 8lbs/gallon-----150 gallons----1200lbs unless its saltwater, then its about 8.5lbs/gal. its only 75 more pounds though.
GSXRAntwon
unless its saltwater, then its about 8.5lbs/gal. its only 75 more pounds though. The tank will weigh more than that by the time you subtract some water and replace it with liverock
