It would be normal. Since the light source is traveling at the same speed as you it would project out at 2x the speed of light. Just like throwing shit from a car. You can still throw it ahead of you.

 Wow. Just wow. I've lived so long that our understanding of one of the most basic tenets of physics has changed in my lifetime.

When I was in high school, my physics teacher, Albert Einstein, taught us that the speed of light was a constant (in a vacuum) and unaffected by the speed of the light source.

Benner, tell me you're just kidding.

So, mr. Einstein, what would the correct answer be?

my guess is that since the source is moving at the same speed as the light comming from the source, it , fuck it i have no idea.

surely he jests...... I'm guessing hoppefully he hasn t taken modern physics yet

No, I don't think you two realize the importance of Benner's post. Through the sheer power of Benner's "throwing shit from a car" argument, Einstein and all of his mathmatical proofs are owned.

Man, are all those modern physicists going to be pissed, or what?

Call Stockholm.

That's just my thinking. I'd say thats a highly debated physics question.
