Sell for parts?

Do you need a title for a quad or off road vehicle???

KillJoy

yes but some people dont care..

id like to sell it as a whole....dont feel like parting it out.. damn thing is brand new. i know it legal, and not stolen.

So how do you know it doesn't belong to some bank? Not trying to be a dick, but as far as you're concerned it could be stolen.

VIN should be on the front of the frame, most quads have it etched into the crossbar at the front.

you can contact the bmv, they will let you know if it is stolen. you can also file for a title. the process goes through the courts. a judge signs off on a letter stating that you are the rightful owner. people buy quads without titles all the time. it is worth less imo, but it would still sell with a bill of sale from you.
