Avenger1647545502 Posted March 27, 2009 Report Share Posted March 27, 2009 They can cut the key from the VIN, but you have to show the title to prove you are the owner of the vehicle. Some places can't do the actual cutting of the key, but they'll give you the key profile, so that a key place can cut it for you. The one in front of Sears at Eastland is where I always went.
