this is a clutch pak.(module what ever)

same part numbers on both clutchs. the new looking one, dont work!

 

 

do you know whats wrong?

Well whats the clutch disc itself look like u aint showing that off

cant take it out....its a assembly.:rolleyes:

 

tank, the pivot ball and fork and all are fine. every thing is great except the forks for the pressure plate are not stacked out right.

 

didnt get it figure out till it was in tho is the sad part. new one will be here tomorrow monring. then i'll take some more pics for the customer. since they are saying i forgot to check clearances :rolleyes: (but its not my clutch)

I will look that up. So whats up rob can I bust your balls a minute , why arent you checking that distance before you toss it all back together? You do that with the regular ones tossing both on the floor and checking em out etc. What was u smoking some good ish this time :)

well i can't always be in the shop (i have every , and i mean every phone call that comes in, wanting to talk to me, when 80% of the time, dana can handle there questions and or needs):rolleyes:. i have a minion. this way i can do 3 things at once, while he gets a extra 1 or 2 at the same time. its not one man, one shop over here. to much volume for that :p

funny you posted this, i've been doing this shit for going on 8 yrs now and just ran into one of these doing a neon motor last week.

all i can say is thank god im not the only one :o:(:cool:

what brand clutch?

 

it dont matter to be honest. they are all just repackaged sachs clutch's. they even make the oe replacement.

 

i have 3 different ones sitting here. all came in different boxs, and all have the same stampings
