Looking to sell my condo. Its in Canal Winchester its a 1 bedroom 1 and a half bath. The downstaris could be turned into a bedroom. It has three levels. Its paited all nice colors. All appliances stay so do the washer and dryer. All the curtains stay too. New very nice faucets in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Its around 1000 square feet. Condo was built in 04 or 05. Has pool and clubhouse and workout center and a pond. Asking price is 62,000. I have pics if someone would like to see them.

I live in a life style communities area and it's a great place for family and friends. It's a really nice community and my family really enjoys living their. Most of the people are very friendly and their is lots to do. Definitely worth checking out. Good luck with the sale.

Hmm, what are the annual taxes? And do you just essentially pay renters insurance for your stuff/the inside or must you cover the entire unit? My sister is moving back to Columbus next month and this would be really sweet for her.

The annual taxes are around 1,350-1,400. Yes you just get essentially renters insurance if you want your stuff covered inside. The condo fees cover if the condo would burn down ect.
