Turn it is to the police department, if no one can claim it in 30 days I think it's yours. That a pretty big rock to not notice it missing. I bet the person that lost is furious.

 

A lotof these places that sell jewelry, give you a warrenty. You have to bring it back to them once a year so that they can clean/inspect it.

 

If you lose your diamond out of the set, the will replace it for free!
