Smokey Posted July 15, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 15, 2010 I still have the stock Amber lamps, so it's not like it's going to be a big trouble if I hate them to go back to the clears. I'm just tired of the clears never looking actually clear. I can never get a bulb that's supposed to be clear and light up orange to actually stay that way, they all eventually turn blue or orange which looks like crap. For the record...I'm NOT raising the rear! Remember that the fenders are cut differently front to back, so if you look at the rocker you can see that the rear is still higher than the front. I love the way the amber looks on white, but it just doesn't work with the gold. I guess I'll have to find some bulbs for the clears that don't drive me nuts.
