Those are all good ideas right there. Those 2 f-body cars are stupid clean and would be a great platform to build whatever you want. I would go with the 02 since it has less emissions and will run good on cheap gas

Stage 3's can be had for less than 15k now. Probably more stage 3's on the road than not. You can probably find a GT powered one floating around for that price range if you look real hard.

 

I like e36 M3's, but damn are the over priced...just like e46's
