nurkvinny
Later in the month, the better half and I will be getting out of Dodge for a long weekend. I am looking for ideas for a couple's weekend. We've done the Gatlinburg thing, Hocking Hills, PutNBay, Burr Oak, Water Park, couple casinos over the past few years, and I'm not 100% against those things. Post up some good 2-3 day trips you've taken lately and some details. Thanks! EDIT - In Ohio, or along its border. I can get anything I want at home, anytime, for free. Well, ok, for the price of a couple drinks.

El Karacho1647545492
i've never been in the summer/fall, but i've heard good things about snowshoe this time of year. i love it in the winter, and i wouldn't be surprised if it were entertaining yet peaceful and relaxing in the summer. nurkvinny
Thanks. It is now between Kelleys Island or Put-in-Bay. We've been to PIB before, but it was a 1-night drunkfest, so we remember little. Any pros and cons from personal experience between the 2? Make sure they aren't doing a mountain bike race if you decide to go. It will be much busier if there is a race for the weekend.
