sol740
I would say the Fable series has enough Action-Adeventure and RPG elements to be considered in either genre. I don't really think you can pin it down to just one.
bicranium
...Action ...and RPG elements. So some kind of mythical creature like an... action RPG? Which I posted as one of the genres from Wikipedia.

copperhead
Best Buy would be ideal since they give you physical shit outside of the game, but the Gamestop's in game bonus looks best. Besides, I need to trade in some games on it so I'm going that route.

87GT
Just go pick it up at Meijer. There is almost no one there when a game comes out. There was 10 people at sawmill when starcraft 2 came out.

jerrodh
I played fallout for awhile then my box broke and had to take a break, tried to get back into it and just couldn't. I know it's more of an RPG than anything, but you have to look at it like this it is a bit of a FPS'er as well, and everything just felt to slow or dull for me after returning and could not get back into it. Fable 3 looks pretty good but I'll probably just rent it on gamefly. Fable 1&2 didn't have much replay value if you ask me. Great games for renters though. Fubar231
Stoked about Fable 3. Fable 1 had a good foundation but too easy and not open enough...Fable 2 was a nice improvement but still not open enough. I guess I would like to see Fable more open similar to Elder Scrolls: Morrowind and Oblivion. I get to a point in Fabel where I max out on all of my abilities rather quickly and am completely indestructable. As for Fallout, its pretty fuckin sweet too. Fixed.
