caught this on the way home yesterday. War Torn airs of HBO on Veterans Day(Thursday).

 

 

 

here is part (20min) of the broadcast. Give it a listen, it starts out with a diary from a civil war soldier and progresses to current day.

My gf just informed me that the Cinci. VA has a polytrauma(multiple trauma) clinic. They are currently taking applications(from her physical therapy program) for next summer where a multitude of health care professionals are going to be differentiating between Traumatic Brain Injuries and PTSD and thus treating them appropriately. Good things are happening.
