Tow a trailer??? PUCO may want you!!!

So, my mom hauls a 16foot trailer for her business. (she's a crafter and does furniture) and hauls it with a f350 Super duty Diesel . I dont THINK its license commercial. (im waiting for a return call on this) There is no advertising on it.

 

Am i correct in reading that she will have to take a driving test with it, to get a permit for it?

I don't think there's a driving test, but there is a lot more than just a test involved. Keeping a log, medical exam, more fees, etc. its all in the text.

 

If she doesn't need f350 she could probably get under weight with a smaller tow rig.
