Guest Spam
Find location its saved, go into safe mode and remove manually. If no go backup and restore to factory.
mrs.cos
Super antispyware, malwarebytes, .. Start there. Do these in safe mode. Super antispyware will run from a USB key as well as malware bytes I believe, if for some reason the "tool" won't allow them to run
smokin5s
like said before, running a maleware app in safe mode is the key to getting it removed.

Pedro1647545510
Have you tried a system restore? I would do a windows system restore first and then malware bytes.
BIGGU
if you have multiple profiles try another one and see if its still effecting you. The easiest thing is to move to a new profile and transfer your stuff on over.

If you are a noob and run malwarebytes, you run the risk of remediating "viruses" that are legitimate registry keys. Not good.

HotCarl
I used microsoft security essentials and did a full scan, deleted what came up and it seems to be gone... at least the effects are gone for now. Will this get rid of it for good or should i do what you guys are recommending?
cbustuner
Do what they are recommending. Malwarebytes
mathc2003
No one mentioned it, but Rkill FIRST to get it out of memory for the moment. Then Malwarebytes to completely yank it off the hard drive. Try all four versions of Rkill because some of those bugs are resistant to the .exe version.
