Zipline
The f1 key. Srsly though, idk. Pay for them to take a class at a local college?
Akula
I took some at OSU. Books work pretty well. There is a training facility up by Polaris that does MS Office I think. They are good people, I hold classes there pretty often. I bet New Horizons does but I would avoid them like the plague. Babbage Simmel probably does as well. BloodRed
A couple years back, I went for some Crystal Reporting courses at New Horizons in Dublin. Wasn't too bad. I know they offer courses on pretty much all MS products.
KillJoy
What is it you are wanting them to learn? How to open a document? Or something more involved? I prefer the trial and error method myself. KillJoy
ross
If they are anything like some people where I work, they don't know how to do a simple task on Word, but they sure can operate Facebook like a bauce. :fuckyeah:

I've removed those people from my team already though. There is a training facility up by Polaris that does MS Office I think. They are good people, I hold classes there pretty often. Smokey
I used Executrain at Polaris (near steak and shake) for VBA training in the past and was satisfied with the course. You may see if they offer anything that would suit what you need.

TTQ B4U
Who doesn't know office?!?! Are they 70?? My company brings in Protech for alot of our training. I manage a sales team ranging from mid 30's to 62 yrs. Sure, they know the basics but not everyone is skilled at pivot tables, statistical analysis or conditional formatting in MS Excel. I need people to go beyond the typical.
BBQdDude
I just did a MS exchange 2010 class at NH. They actually were pretty good. I, in prior years, have taken CNA and CISCO classes there.
