I had some trouble picking up an XD-40 from Vances and took a trip over to Gun World in Hilliard and excellent help in ordering and getting exactly what I wanted.

 

XD-40 Compact - Matte Green

I love how it feels and looks. Planning on hitting the range tomorrow and getting some rounds through it.

I was having a tough time deciding between the 'Dark Earth' or the 'Matte Green', I'd have them both if I could haha. Maybe if I decide to buy a subcompact.
