34bboley
I figured I'd share some of the custom work we've done over the summer. Feel free to comment. We didn't necessarily pick the color scheme.. just performed the work. http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0933.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0686.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0767.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0708.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0894.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0834.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0871.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0818.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0630.jpg http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/Photoid1298172894536.png http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG0937.jpg
Farkas
Thought I might add in my own car, which also has wheels re-done by Wheel Medic. I have a bunch of pictures now floating around after my weekend at H2O International. http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6170/6186809852_670ef25a4c_b.jpg

Smokey
Glad to see you're doing well and keeping up business. Looks like good work, and it looks like many people with lots of disposable income have horrible taste in wheels. Totally :megusta: the e55 with the LMs though. AudiOn19s
it looks like many people with lots of disposable income have horrible taste in wheels. This... However, I saw that CLK Black at the gym a few weeks ago and that car is very well done. Size and fitment are excellent on it. Andy

34bboley
I also wanted to show you guys our lathe process... I apologize but you may have to take some dramamine before watching.
Clifford Automotive
You should explain to everyone what type of lathe that is so they understand it better. If you're not sure, its a tracer lathe. You can take it from there.
34bboley
Thanks Clifford.. It is a older slant bed tracer lathe (pre CNC). We profile the radius of the wheel with a abs template.. we have thousands of them. A hydraulic stylus follows the radius template moving the PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) tipped bit over the radius of the wheel exposing new aluminum. http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn272/bryceboley/IMAG1037.jpg Edited November 21, 2011 by Wheel Medic add photo

TheMustangStampede
Had the guy at Bob Summerel tire E. Broad ST. scratch my wheel on my 2011 GT/CS he said take it to them and I will pay the bill. I was impressed with his honesty most places would have let you drive off, leaving you scratching you head as to what happened to the wheel he pointed out the scratch, said he was very sorry and made it right. It looked much better, and only I know which wheel was worked on. I plan on taking another wheel to them here soon.
zeitgeist57
My buddy Bob brought some used Viper wheels to you guys for his big, flying banana. Was raving to me how great you guys were to deal with.
