I want to learn how to do this so bad. The black Solstice I just picked up has a lot of scratches in the clear coat that I want to get out.

I tried out my new buffer / kit this spring on our Black Van and my company car/Fusion and it worked very well. Got to about 95% being careful. I hate doing it, but will again in March/April.

There is only 1815 made in the US. From what I know personally. There are 4 people that have M Coupes in Ohio.

I know of a dark grey one in the Worthington area.

How's that for a blast from the past?

(That's going to go right past 90% of the members in here)

Seriously though, getting swirl out sucks ass.

I'm trying to find those old threads of Andy's before he turned it into a bizness, forget the bars and shit he used but he had some awesome success shots of various people's cars he recovered from painful paint abuses. Those old microfiber and claybar threads we had on here. Had to be years ago cuz I can't find em in searches (on accounta I'm a lazy fuck).

AudiOn19s where you at? Time to dig up some of that product info you pimped.

EDIT: Found it. It was the Zaino threads.

I must admit that thing is pretty sexy, especially in that color.

Thanks, I'm in love with red cars.

Andy is a magician and what he does. He is incredible. I've seen his work.

I don't think I'll ever come close to the detail that he does.

Come detail my car, kthanks!

I don't do other cars besides family.

As it turns out, I am your great uncle Remus.

You used to fish with me, the catfish were huge. Hurts that you don't remember.

Hrm. interesting.

I'll do it in the summer then, blame it on my mind and I'll do it for free :dumb:

Done.

I put the work that went into this stunning transformation into a video and hosted it on my YouTube Account. I think you'll be pleased or at the very least entertained. :gabe:

Do you post/lurk on DetailingBliss? Your post format and wording is the same as the way they post on there.

Nope, just autogeek.net

I look at alot of other detailers jobs as well, so I sort of just learn and copy.

I heard fire can be used for detailing. Might want to try it...

Great work on the car Kyle!!!!!

Thank You!, fire does work very well so I hear

Done.

I just want to take the time to say excellent work. More people like you are needed on the internet. Plus for repping ohiobimmers and being partly from Cleveland. I grew up there, good to see it hasn't turned completely into crackheads.

Who let you into the tent? ;)

Seriously though when you going to be back?
