Cordell
Cool, I'm buying one near Havens Corners off of Waggoner, are we going to be neighbors? My wife didn't want me to be doing a ton of work so she insisted we buy something that didn't need much, so the house we're buying doesn't really need anything. Props to you for putting in the work. The roof is ok, going with probably some darker 3/4" handscraped hardwood. Cool, I'm buying one near Havens Corners off of Waggoner, are we going to be neighbors? My wife didn't want me to be doing a ton of work so she insisted we buy something that didn't need much, so the house we're buying doesn't really need anything. Props to you for putting in the work. Yeah we will be fairly close. Where is the beerbong? -Marc I'm pissed, I honestly haven't drank a single beer there yet. i have a super cheap flooring guy gape! he likes to deal with cash and will cut you a helluva good deal! Cheapest ive found! He did all 5000sq/ft of my dads house. Installer or just material sales? I'm layin it all myself. How bigs the lot? Garage? Garage is probably 2.5 cars. Lot is 1 acre on the nose. Rustlestiltskin
damn dude, for the shitload you paid for it you sure gotta replace ALL the high money items. flooring, hvac, basement finishing, etc.... shitty as hell. Guess it'll be cheaper down the road considering the price of the other houses around it but still, damnnn
