Perhaps you take it to the next level and request a meeting with the office manager, your friends downstairs and hash this shit out at a nuetral location like the office for the apts. My wife and I did that back in the days prior to owning and were renting a town home where the neighbor next door would leave his TV all night and jacked up volume as that's how he liked to sleep. Office sided with us and told him to stop it or GTFO. If you feel it's you that are in the wrong, then take your lumps. IMO they aren't likely doing this if you are 100% innocent. I think the cops showed up once or twice. Not long after my roommate started inviting her over, then sleeping with her, and she suddenly didn't mind the noise any more. So I took it a few leaps forward: JB welded his locks shut when he left, always funny to listen to someone have to break down a door to get into their own apartment and then have to pay to fix it, turned off the AC breaker outside when he left for the day so it would get super hot and also turned off the power to his unit. The fun thing is, you have admitted to illegal actions. Further, you seem to believe that your admission means nothing without him filing a police report when said actions took place. You don't seem to grasp that both criminal and civil cases do not require immediate legal action to be taken. FYI, it's not hard to figure out the complex when you know who the target was.
